We are part of a pioneering national research effort led by the NIH to build the largest health database of its kind with the goal of accelerating precision medicine.
Overview
The All of Us Research Program seeks to enroll 1 million or more participants nationwide who will play an active role in collecting and sharing their unique health information. Researchers are already using this data to learn more about why people get sick or stay healthy, accelerating breakthroughs in disease prevention and treatment.
The Scripps Research Translational Institute leads the program’s Participant Center, a unit dedicated to raising awareness of All of Us and ensuring participation is accessible across the country regardless of a person’s location.

The All of Us Research Program has a simple mission. We want to speed up health research breakthroughs. To do this, we’re asking at least one million people to share health information. Researchers can use this data to conduct thousands of health studies and improve health for all of us.
