Medical Student Sub-Internship
Scientists at the Scripps Research Translational Institute conduct innovative studies at the forefront of precision medicine, in the areas of digital health, clinical genomics, and community engagement. We offer the following research opportunities to medical students: 1) a patient-centered summer research internship with our investigational teams, and 2) rotations as internal medicine sub-interns or on specialty services at Scripps Health as students consider their clinical career choices and the possibility of continued training as a member of one of Scripps Health residency or fellowship programs, which includes a clinical research track
