Research Focus

The Laboratory of Immune Longevity (LIL) focuses on uncovering the drivers of long-lived immune responses. Our research spans a range of interests, but our top priority is understanding plasma cell longevity and the determinants of durable humoral immunity. Using transgenic mouse models alongside infection and immunization strategies, we aim to identify the mechanisms that lead to successful, long-lived immunity - and why such outcomes often fail to be accomplished.
