In compliance with the Department of Homeland Security's new regulations,
on August 6 the TSRI International Office distributed new SEVIS documents
to over 600 visa holders at the institute. SEVIS is an internet-based
system that maintains accurate and current information on non-immigrant
students and exchange visitors. The TSRI International Office is set
up to help international scholars and their mentors meet federal visa
and immigration requirements.
