Laying the Groundwork

Over the past 12 months, 3030 has been gutted and completely refurbished in preparation for the scientists' arrival. "This project had a very fast-paced schedule," says Morgan Hoffman, special projects manager, Planning and Construction. "Many people were involved to make it happen."
