I am interested in the transport of endogenous proteins between neurons in vivo.  I am using biochemical purification, mass spectrometry, tracing and histogical strategies for characterizing this transport. Hopefully we can use the information we obtain of interesting candidates for developing reagents that allow visualizing brain circuits in the live animal.
