    Proteomics Core

The Proteomics Core provides mass spectrometry-based proteomics services, focusing on quantitative proteomics using label-free or multiplexed analysis. Services include analysis of samples from a wide variety of experimental designs, including but not limited to: proximity and metabolic labeling, drug target discovery, comparative analysis of affinity-based enrichments, protein-protein interactions, and post-translational modifications. Services include assistance with experimental design and data analysis.

  • CORE
    Mass Spectrometry Core

The Mass Spectrometry Core provides advanced expertise in mass spectrometry, metabolomics, lipidomics, protein analysis, pharmacology, and quantitative analysis. We support researchers through high-quality analytical workflows that enable molecular discovery and biomarker identification, and precise measurement of metabolites, lipids, proteins, and drugs across diverse biological, biomedical, and translational research applications. We also provide six mass spectrometers for Open Access analyses.

  • CORE
    X-ray Crystallography

Small molecule X-ray crystallographic services are provided by the UCSD X-Ray Crystallography Facility, located one mile away from Scripps Research. The facility provides data collection, processing, and analysis for small molecule structure determination, including determination of absolute stereochemistry.
