protein calculator generates molecular weight information (including scanning mass spectrometry results), estimated charges (including pI estimation), uv absorption coefficients, crystallographic solvent content percentage and Vm, and counts atoms and residues based on the protein sequence. |

cns2fsfour converts a map output by CNS into a FSFOUR format readable by XtalView. ccp2fsfour converts a map output by CCP4 into a FSFOUR format readable by XtalView. brix2fsfour converts a BRIX format map into a FSFOUR format map readable by XtalView. int2fobs.com converts a SCALEPACK file into XtalView .fin file, CNS reflection file, and .mtz file. F's are generated through the CCP4 program TRUNCATE. resfilter reads in an XtalView reflection file (.fin, .phs, .df) and writes out reflections based on resolution. sigfilter reads in XtalView reflection files and outputs those that pass a sigma cutoff criteria. |
