Eligibility

All TSRI Research Associates (postdocs) and external graduate students are invited to submit abstracts of their work. Only ONE (1) abstract per presenting author, please. All authors of accepted abstracts will receive a $25 gift certificate to Amazon.com for participating!

Research Categories

This year's general subject areas include:

  • Chemistry & Structural Biology
  • Molecular & Cellular Biology
  • Immunology & Microbial Science
  • Experimental Medicine, Neurosciences and Translational Research

All accepted abstracts will be divided into four subject areas based on author preferences and space availability. Therefore, the subject areas presented during the Symposium may deviate slightly.

Abstract Submission

Each presenter may submit only ONE (1) abstract as first author.

Abstracts should be comprised primarily of unpublished data.

Abstract Submission Instructions

  • Name your abstract file with your first and last name as either an MS Word (.doc) file or Rich Text Format (.rtf) file, (e.g., OlivierHarismendy.doc).

  • Deadline for abstract submission is 5:00 pm, Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
  • Notification: Once your abstract has been submitted properly, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Only one abstract should be submitted per Research Associate. If you must withdraw your submission for any reason, please email rmcbride@scripps.edu.

  • Submit your abstract only once!
