Leaving TSRI: Postdoctoral Completion Certificates

TSRI certificates have been created to give to postdoctoral fellows upon the completion of their fellowships. The postdoc must have been at TSRI for a minimum of two years in order to receive the certificate. Each certificate will be customized with the name of the postdoc, dates of the fellowship, name of the head of the laboratory, and name of the department chair.

Please fill out the form below and click the submit button. The information will be emailed to Holly Wheeler in the Career & Postdoctoral Services Department. Because the certificates must be signed by several administrators, it generally takes between 1-2 weeks to recieve the certificate.
