How to Contact Us
TELEPHONE ACCESS
If you call the main office number, 858-784-8120, during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on normal business days:
- A member of the staff will answer your call and assist you directly or forward you to an advisor if needed.
- During very busy times, when absolutely everyone is helping someone else, and no one can answer your call, you will be able to leave a message on ext. 8120’s voice mail.
- “After hours” and “emergency” help. Before and after regular office hours, and on weekends and holidays, the telephone automatically transfers to an emergency number. If you have a true emergency, someone in the International Office will be available to help you during these times.
EMAIL ACCESS
Our general office e-mail is TSRIGLOBAL@scripps.edu. Someone checks that mail box several times a day and either responds to your questions or forwards your message to the appropriate person in our office.
Individual e-mail addresses appear in the directory below. You may e-mail a specific person to ask questions, make appointments, etc.
