The DNA Array Core Facility is funded in part through the following programs:
NIGMS Grant 1U54GM62116
The overarching goal of the CFG program is to define paradigms by which protein-carbohydrate interactions mediate cell communication. Specifically, this program aims to accelerate progress in this emerging frontier by the creation of critical resources and integration of the research of current leading investigators in this field.
MH62261-02 from the National Institutes of Mental Health
The objective of the SNAPS Center is to foster a multidisciplinary, synergistic approach to the mental health consequences of HIV infection. Through a combined study of viral effects, immune responses, and neurobiologic consequences, we can study the nature of HIV-induced CNS dysfunction, means to prevent such damage, and effective ways to treat neuroAIDS.
National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Grant 1U19AI063603-01
The theme of the Transplant Genomics Collaborative Group Project is to test the application of developing technologies for gene expression profiling, proteomics, and complex trait genetics to advance our understanding of kidney transplantation. This project involves 10 major academic transplant centers within the United States.
National Eye Institute Grant P30 EY12598-01
This NEI funded core supports shared resources for TSRI and UCSD NEI researchers who have independent programs in vision science.
