Features:

  • Automated quality control with automatic flagging
  • Advanced image segmentation algorithms for contamination removal
  • Integrated data visualization tools for quality, trend and regulation assessment
  • Ability to highlight gene IDs imported from a file as a control type
  • Robust algorithms for grid finding, spot adjustment and segmentation

Input:

Raw image .TIF files

Output:

Tab-delimited text file of signal intensities

Availability:

The Core Facility has a site license for ImaGene 4.1. Please call the Core Facility at (858) 784-2263 to set up a time you would like to use the ImaGene software. The version 5.6 software is available for purchase through the Biodiscovery website.
