Protein Sciences

The Center for Protein Sciences comprises core technologies used for peptide and protein chemistry. The Center provides services for N-terminal sequencing of proteins, accurate concentration determination by amino acid analysis and custom peptide synthesis including post-translationally modified peptides. N-terminal sequencing is performed on an ABI Procise 494 automated peptide sequencer.
