Q. Where can I find the current patches for my SGI?

A. There are current SGI patches per OS Versions
      - IRIX 5.3, IRIX 6.2, IRIX 6.3, IRIX 6.4 -
     available at the following directories:

• /rc/sgipatch53
• /rc/sgipatch62
• /rc/sgipatch63
• /rc/sgipatch64

You can also find current patches from SGI home page.

Q. How can I find the hostname and/or IP address of my computer?

A. You can use the IP check webpage if your system is connected to the nework and working. If it is not, please contact the Helpdesk.
