Look up and check the status of your NCR.
When to submit a network connection form:
- a completely new or replacement computer/printer is coming onto the network.
- an existing computer/printer that hasn't been on the network is coming onto the network.
- a computer/printer is changing locations beyond the current room location.
- a computer/printer is coming off of the network (Retired), and will not be returning.
- a new or additional network port needs to be activated.
- a support change is requested, e.g. going from Unsupported to Supported.
- a change in responsible PI has occurred.
