Network Connection Requests (NCR)

Submit

Look up and check the status of your NCR.

When to submit a network connection form:

  • a completely new or replacement computer/printer is coming onto the network.
  • an existing computer/printer that hasn't been on the network is coming onto the network.
  • a computer/printer is changing locations beyond the current room location.
  • a computer/printer is coming off of the network (Retired), and will not be returning.
  • a new or additional network port needs to be activated.
  • a support change is requested, e.g. going from Unsupported to Supported.
  • a change in responsible PI has occurred.
