Cerius²·Ludi

6       Tutorials contents

The following tutorials are designed to introduce you to all of the typical applications of Ludi.

1.   Tutorial lesson 1: de novo inhibitor design for trypsin

In this tutorial you use Ludi to search for fragments that can bind to trypsin, a proteolytic enzyme.

2.   Tutorial lesson 2: modifying a known inhibitor for HIV protease

In this tutorial you use Ludi to search for fragments that can be linked to a known HIV protease inhibitor to make a new inhibitor.

3.   Tutorial lesson 3: targeted mode

In this tutorial you use the Ludi targeted mode to search for fragments that can bind to the zinc atom in carbonic anhydrase.

4.   Tutorial lesson 4: active analog mode

In this tutorial you use Ludi to design a novel ligand for the HMG CoA system.

5.   Tutorial lesson 5: Ludi library management

In this tutorial you add a new entry to a Ludi library and then use that library and library filtering in a search for fragments that can bind to trypsin.
