A web interface for logging and tracking problems & questions.
The best way to submit most services request is to use the web-based trouble ticket.
Helpdesk
IT Services's Helpdesk phone is staffed from
8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
The extension is 4-9369.
For walk-in assistance, the helpdesk is located in
suite 350, 3377 N. Torrey Pines Court (Map).
IT Services would like to serve you better and
faster. Please assist us with reporting problems by contacting the helpdesk
or submitting a trouble ticket as stated above.
