Community Outreach

The Chun lab is excited to share our experience with the San Diego community.

Every year members of the Chun lab participate in various outreach activities including:


XSci is a yearly event hosted by TSRI to expose high school students to Biology and Chemistry research. The Chun lab welcomes and educates students with lab tours and demonstrations.


	Each year the Chun lab hosts a high school student as part of TSRI's High School Student Research Education Program.

The Salk Mobile Science Lab is an outreach program designed to give middle school children hands-on experience through a 3 day in-class genetics lab. Chun lab members volunteer with this program throughout the year.
