Getting There

Carefree Resort and Villas is located in the town of Carefree, Arizona, just outside of Scottsdale and 35 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Shuttle Services:
If you fly into Phoenix, you may make advance shuttle reservations with SuperShuttle, which offers airport-to-door service. It operates 24 hours per day with vans departing every 15 minutes to all areas of the Valley from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., the frequency lessens.

Sedan Service:
If you are interested in having a car meet you at the airport upon your arrival, please call the Carefree Resort concierge at (480) 488-5300) to make arrangements.

Car Rental:
You can also rent a car and drive the scenic 35 miles to the resort from the Sky Harbor International Airport. Car rental companies at the airport include Advantage, Alamo, AVIS, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, and Thrifty Car Rental Enterprise Car Rental does have a branch location on-site at the Carefree Resort.

For added convenience, the Carefree Resort offers complimentary valet parking for all guests.
