Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide training resources to all Scripps Research employees. We evaluate training needs, design programs and present them as needed. Our focus is on:

Orientation
Management Training for Faculty and Supervisors
On-the-Job Skills
Desktop/Office Applications Training
Courses for Postdocs
Employee Regulations and Laws

Our goal is to equip all our employees with the skills and knowledge they require to perform their job functions. Where we cannot meet the training needs internally, we will act as resources to suggest outside training programs.
