Dependent Life Insurance
Benefit eligible employees can elect to purchase $5,000 in life insurance coverage for each eligible dependent (spouse, child, domestic partner). The cost is $30.00 per year regardless of the number of eligible dependents covered.
Employees may enroll in this plan as new hires or during the Open Enrollment period.
*Research Associates and Graduate Students are not eligible.
