Florida Fitness Center
The fitness center located in Building C on the first floor in room 153 is available to all Florida employees. The fitness center is only accessible through card key access and is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for all staff who have a signed a waiver from on file in Human Resources. You can access it thru the main corridor, and it is controlled by a proximity card reader loacted at the main entrance.

• Instructions for use of the strength training equipment are posted on each unit
• There are a limited number of lockers available while using the fitness center, but at this time there is no extended use of the lockers due to availability issues
• There are showers and towels in both locker rooms
• All toiletries and a lock for the locker must be provided by the fitness center users

If you are interested in using the fitness center, you will be required to complete the waiver form and turn it in to Human Resources.

Express Fitness
Located in Abacoa.
$59.00 (set up fee)
$29.00 per month (plus tax)
$299.00 (for 15 months if paid in full up front)
