Fee-for-Service Pricing, Effective October, 2010
(Subject to change, call for current pricing and quotes)

Mass Spectrometry:  HPLC MS/MS characterization of gel bands and simple protein digests. Charges are on a sliding scale and pricing assumes that the samples are simple enough to be analyzed in 1 hour. If analysis of complex samples is desired, additional MS time will be charged per sample. Searches are performed with one species database. If additional data analysis is necessary, (i.e. modification searching, multiple databases) then additional data analysis charges will apply. MS/MS data is presented using Scaffold (Proteome Software, Portland, OR).

Protein/Peptide Data Analysis: Data analysis other than that included above will be charged at $250 per hour.  This includes extra searching of data (i.e., larger database, more modifications), de novo sequencing or quantification experiments.
