Affymetrix GeneChip Arrays

Any cataloged array can be run by the Genomics Core. Pricing varies by array type. For a complete list please contact Brandon Young.

Prices include all reagent costs and $150 in labor charges per array.

Pricing for the most common arrays:

Gene Expression Mouse 430 2.0 and Human U133 $665
Genotyping Human (1MM) $620
Parallele custom arrays (5K, 10K, 20K) $350


Illlumina arrays

Prices include all reagent costs and $75 in labor charges per array.

Sequenom Mass Array System

The Genomics Core will design all primer sets and perform data analysis for all experiments.

Pricing does not include primer cost.
