"ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND VENDOR REGISTRATION"

The Scripps Florida Society of Research Fellows (SF-SRF) is proud to announce that Research Fest 2012: Scientific Symposium & Vendor Show was held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at The Scripps Research Institute campus in Jupiter, FL. Each year, over 40 Scripps Florida postdoctoral fellows and PhD graduate students, present oral and poster presentations to our local scientific community.  At the same time, prominent scientific vendors and suppliers are invited to showcase new products and opportunities to hundreds of researchers from some of the top Research Institutes and Universities in South Florida.

Vendor Show

Scientific Symposium

Research Fest is the perfect opportunity for scientific vendors to connect with the diverse and continually growing research community throughout South Florida (including Scripps Florida, the Max Planck Florida Institute, Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College, and more) and educate them about THEIR PRODUCTS! (Last year, over 300 people attended Research Fest!) Research Fest provides a forum for postdoctoral fellows and PhD students at Scripps Florida to present and discuss the latest advancements and discoveries in various departments: Cancer Biology, Chemistry, Infectology, Metabolism and Aging, Molecular Therapeutics, and Neuroscience.
SF-SRF is committed to ensuring vendors receive maximum benefit by participating in Research Fest.  Each vendor table will be near a scientific poster to encourage traffic in your area (with the exception of outdoor tables).  We will also hold prize drawings as incentive for your potential customers to visit you & see what you have to offer! Research Fest is a competitive application process that brings early-career scientists together to discuss their current research and build informal networks with their peers that may lead to a lifetime of collaboration and scientific achievement.
