Research Focus
Work in our laboratory is the identification and optimization of lead compounds as drug candidates. The current focus is the discovery and investigation of small molecule inhibitors of protein kinases such as ROCKs. The purpose of our research is to find novel therapeutics that can treat diseases such as cancer, stroke, hypertension, ED, Alzheimer's, and vasospasm etc.
