Cell Based Screening
Researchers in the Cell-Based Screening group leverage high-throughput
technologies towards a systematic description of the function of
genes encoded by the human genome, and a more comprehensive understanding
of the genetic basis for human disease. The CBS group provides Scripps
investigators, as well as select outside collaborators, with access
to genome wide collections of cDNAs and siRNAs that can be used
to interrogate cellular models of signal transduction pathways and
phenotypes.
