Our search for qualified vendors begins in Palm Beach County and expands out to the State of Florida and beyond.

How do I do business with Scripps Florida?

All vendors interested in providing products and/or services to Scripps Florida should complete and submit a vendor application to the Diversity Coordinator. Please attach any applicable small business / diversity certifications. Vendor appointments will be scheduled with those companies that can meet the needs of the institute. If there are no current opportunities to do businesses with the institute or if your company provides a product or service the institute does not procure, your company's information will be added to the Scripps Florida database for future reference and potential referral opportunities. FAU Small Business Development Center - FAUSBDC offers one-stop assistance to individuals and small businesses by providing a wide variety of information and guidance in central and easily accessible branch locations. FAUSBDC's assistance is tailored to the local community and the needs of individual clients.

Palm Beach County Office of Small Business Assistance (OSBA) - The Office of Small Business Assistance is responsible for monitoring conditions affecting small businesses within the marketplace that can provide goods and services to Palm Beach County , thus creating an environment that encourages the growth and development of small businesses in Palm Beach County.

State of Florida Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) - The Office of Supplier Diversity's (OSD) function is to improve business and economic opportunities for Florida's women-owned and minority-owned businesses. OSD's efforts toward this goal can be categorized into four primary functions, namely, Certification of Minority Business Enterprises, Advocacy and Outreach, and Matchmaking Activities.

National Minority Supplier Development Council - NMSDC serves as the largest third party minority business certification organization in the country. The NMSDC has 40 regional councils, two in Florida, that foster minority business economic development.

Women Business Enterprise National Council (Women's Business Development Center) - WBENC is the largest women's business organization in the country. Its local organization WBDC provides women business owners in the state of Florida certification and business development resources.

U.S. Small Business Administration - The SBA provides financial, technical and management assistance to help Americans start, run, and grow their businesses.
