Sources and Resources: Methods in Cell Biology
The Methods in Cell Biology series represents a collaboration between the American Society for Cell Biology and Academic Press. Each volume in this series provides a unique combination of conceptual background and methodological detail intended to aid researchers in thoughtful design and effective implementation of experiments using new technologies.
A few of the more recent volumes and ones that I've found particularly luseful are listed here.
