Ski trip to Big Bear 25 February 2012

The TSRI Society of Fellows is organizing our annual ski trip to Big Bear Mountain Resorts for Saturday, February 25th, 2012. The Big Bear Mountain Resorts are the largest ski resorts in the San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear Lake, about a 2.5-3hr drive from TSRI. They include the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit Resorts and the same lift ticket can be used at either location throughout the day.
All TSRI personnel and one guest each are invited to join in on the fun.

Cost:
Option 1: $56 for one adult lift ticket that can be used at both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. A $10 savings over the regular Saturday rate.
Option 2: $80 for a Lesson/Lift ticket/Equipment package for skiing or snowboarding. Includes one adult lift ticket that can be used at both resorts, equipment rentals (skis/boots/poles or snowboard/boots), and one 2-hour ski or board lesson (beginner to advanced). Regular price is $92 without our group rate!

Both options include free bus transportation to and from TSRI to the resort, and a small complimentary breakfast snack (bagel, muffin) and drink in the morning courtesy of SoF.

To Make Your Reservation:
       1) Download the following liability waivers:
           SoF/TSRI Liability Waiver
           Big Bear Resorts Liability Waiver
           Registration Form
           Rental form (if needed)
Print and fill out the forms. Both liability forms are required for each participant, including guests. You will NOT be allowed on the bus without the signed liability waivers.

     2) Make a check payable to the "Society of Fellows" for the appropriate amount for your selection.

     3) You should physically bring the check, both liability waivers, the registration and rental information form as soon as possible to either:

Reservations must be received no later than 1pm on Wednesday Feb 8th. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail.

There are limited seats (98 total) available on the two buses, and reservations will only be done on a first come, first served basis by check payment and form delivery. Make your reservations quickly since THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT!!
