Murine Genetics Core
The Scripps Research Murine Genetics Core (MGC) provides modern mouse embryo manipulation technologies aimed at the generation of transgenic mice as experimental model. MGC offers a variety of services, including pronuclear microinjection of DNA constructs, ES-cell mediated targeted mutagenesis, chimera production, tetraploid complementation, mouse embryo- and sperm cryopreservation and in vitro fertilization.
