Sequencing Primers

The selected primers that we offer are listed below. We will add them to your sample. Just submit your template as described in the DNA Sample Submission Requirements page. Add the portion in bold below to the name of your templates to indicate which primer you would like added to your sample (e.g., pto125M13F).

Note: Some of the "universal" primer sequences have been modified on the 5'-end to conform with our standard annealing temperature of 50C. Please double-check that the primer can be used with your template.
