Custom Peptide Libraries

The Center is equipped with an IntavisAG-Multi-pep peptide synthesis instrument. This instrument is capable of synthesizing up to 384 different peptides in about a weeks time in the 1-10 mg scale. Peptides are synthesized on a solid support using standard Fmoc chemistry, then cleaved from the support and ether-precipitated to generate the free peptide. Peptides are produced crude at about 50-80% purity level. No purification will be performed unless specifed and then additional charges and longer turnaround times will be applied.

Five peptides per 96 will be analyzed by mass spectrometry and analytical HPLC. Additional analyses can be performed for additional fees.
