Nucleic Acid Synthesis

Nucleic Acid synthesis is performed on an 8909 Expedite instrument. In addition, the facilty has all the instrumentation to purify and characterize nucleic acids. We typically do not do standard DNA or RNA orders, however, if you have a special oligonucleotide that you need or have synthesized an amidite building block and would like it incorporated into a DNA/RNA sequence, we may be able to assist you.
