Aptamers-SELEX

The Center is experienced with the techniques of in vitro selection/evolution of nucleic acid aptamers, also known as SELEX (Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponetial Enrichment). We have selected/evolved aptamers to both protein and small-molecule targets. Given the complexity of this type of project, in terms of labor and consummables, projects are performed more on a collaborative basis and less as a fee for service. To inquire, call 4-9941.
