Affymetrix Data Analysis Outline
The following gives a general idea of the data analysis process used in the DNA Array Core Facility. The number of analysis options greatly increases when the number of biological replicates is three or more. Therefore, we highly recommend having as many replicates as possible when designing your experiment.
