Several RNA amplification and labeling protocols are now available and used in the DNA Array Core Facility. Depending on your experimental design and the amount of starting material you have, an appropriate protocol will be chosen. We highly recommend contacting the Core Facility to discuss the appropriate labeling protocol before beginning your experiment.
