Doctoral Programs

The Kellogg School of Science and Technology at The Scripps Research Institute offers a wide array of excellent courses taught by our full-time faculty. These courses will enhance the breadth and depth of the student’s understanding of biomedical sciences and provide a solid foundation for critically conducting and evaluating biomedical research. Six of the following courses are required to graduate. Four classes serve as core classes that must be completed with a grade of B or above and a minimum of two classes must be completed with a pass/fail.

To ensure that students have the opportunity to enroll in courses at either the Florida or California campus, classes are held in state-of-the-art classrooms where the latest technology is used to broadcast the lectures to the other campus.
