I’d like to welcome you to our Ph.D. Program. Whether your interest is in chemistry, chemical biology, biology

,biophysics, immunology, or a custom program, I think you’ll find the research programs here exciting and interesting. I urge you to look the programs over carefully. 

The Kellogg School offers both an interesting curriculum and the opportunities to join stellar research laboratories for your thesis work. Graduate work at Scripps is a special opportunity, and many of the features of our program are different than at a traditional University. Our goal is to provide the most conducive environment to enable students to make important discoveries as a stepping stone for their careers. 

Please browse the research descriptions of the faculty. We have an outstanding group, spanning the range from young rising star to Nobel Laureate. I am certain that if you find one research program interesting, that you willl find many others here that are just as exciting.
